Poem: Leaves, 2018

Leaves line thy garden floor

Leaves lie scattered around

Brown and Bronze glittering in the sun

There’s just something about them

Crush, crush, crush they go

Feet stomping the brown and bronze

Let’s roll

Green leaves cover the sky

While brown and bronze line thy garden floor

Crush, crush, crush they go

Under my feet , on thy garden floor

Loosed BUT never forgotten

Brother and sister lie side by side

Never alone, Never forsaken

Forever family

Leaves line thy garden floor
