People are always after the knowing. The knowing of what God wants for their lives or the knowing of how God is going to bring the vision to pass that He has placed on their lives. That’s exactly the problem with people, thinking that they can orchestrate the events that could lead up to the visions. The truth is that only God knows everything that will take place. Growing in trust is usually a difficult concept to grasp.
The Merriam-Webster Dictionary defines ‘adventure’ as:
a) an exciting or dangerous experience
This definition can be read in 2 ways i.e. Life with God is exciting or life with God is dangerous. You decide which avenue you would like to explore. The bible says:
33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well – Matthew 6:33 (New International Version Bible)
But if we seek God first with everything that we have, if we chase after Him as if our lives depend on it what do you think will happen. The answer to that question is in the unseen detail. It is the unseen detail which usually drives people to chase after the adventures of life. People search their whole lives to find their drive in life but what they don’t know is that God is all they need.
How bad do you want to find that something more that will make that everlasting change to your life. You don’t have to search for adventure to happen, God is an adventure waiting to happen.
