Words are a catalyst to positivity

Don’t you just love music? It’s amazing how music can turn a dull moment into an exciting moment, a sad moment into something extraordinary. There is a correlation between thinking, speaking and acting.

Research and so many holy books indicate to us:

Be careful of your thoughts, for your thoughts become your words.
Be careful of your words, for your words become your actions.
Be careful of your actions, for your actions become your habits.
Be careful of your habits, for your habits become your character.
Be careful of your character, for your character becomes your destiny.

We sing along to words in catchy tunes but yet some don’t realise that your words are a catalyst to your present, past and future. What we meditate on, what we constantly thinking about over and over is what we will become. Words can be comforts, inspirational and hopeful. They touch our souls in ways that are indescribable and unmentionably. But yet we hate, ridicule, murder, lie, manipulate, humiliate and seek revenge with our words.

We should be bombarding ourselves with positive words:

This week I challenge you to experience the power of words by meditating on something positive. Any positive words you heard whilst walking the down the street, a favourite scripture, lines from a poem, read online or even your very own words.
